The factory behind the bedding.
We cut, sew and inspect our own bedding in Nantong β pillowcases, fitted sheets, pillows, travel pillows and a patented hook-and-loop bed cover β then handle the export paperwork ourselves.
Samples in 7β10 days Β· refunded on your first volume order

The bed cover that needs no zips, ties or tools.
A hidden hook-and-loop fastening runs the full length of the cover. It goes on in seconds, holds under daily use, and comes off just as fast for washing. Protected by granted design patents in four markets β so you are not selling the same thing as everyone else.

Five lines we make ourselves
Full-range capability
If it is a home textile, we can supply it
Our own production base cuts, sews and finishes the core bedding lines. Around it sits a production network in Nantong that we have spent years building β the region behind a very large share of the world's bedding imports. You deal with one export desk, one set of documents, one point of accountability.
See all thirteen categoriesEvery line β whatever the article β passes our own inspection and ships under our own export desk.
Four things that are hard to find together.
You deal with the factory
Not a trading agent. The team that quotes you is the team that cuts, sews and inspects your order.
Retail-grade by default
Retail labelling, barcodes and pack configuration are standard, not optional. We build to the specification a retail buyer would impose.
Documents handled in house
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, certificate of origin and destination compliance β prepared by our own export team.
Small enough to answer
Ten to twenty on the floor. Change-overs without committees, and a real person who knows your order.
A compact floor, run tightly.
We are deliberately small β ten to twenty people. That means every order is visible, defects surface early, and a change-over takes an afternoon rather than a production meeting.

What buyers ask us first
Grouped the way buyers usually ask them. If your question is not here, ask us directly β we would rather answer it before you order than after.
Working with us
οΌAre you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer and exporter. Cutting, sewing, inspection and packing happen in our own workshop in Nantong, and our own export team prepares the documents. Because the same group runs production and export, there is no middle layer taking a margin on the manufacturing side.
οΌDo you do private label?
Yes β OEM and ODM both. You supply the label artwork and specification, or you pick from constructions we have already developed, and we adapt size, colour and packing to your market. Care labelling is prepared in the language your market requires.
οΌWhich markets do you ship to?
Worldwide, with the greatest volume going to the Middle East and the Gulf, Europe and North America. Gulf-bound orders get Arabic and English labelling and SASO / SABER document support as standard.
Ordering and quantities
οΌWhat is your minimum order?
500 pcs for pillowcases, 300 pcs for fitted sheets, 200 pcs for the patented bed cover. Mixed sizes within one colour are usually fine β it is change-overs that cost, not the mix itself.
οΌCan I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Sampling takes 7β10 days for a physical sample, or 3β5 days for a colour swatch. Sample cost is refunded against your first volume order.
οΌHow long is production?
25β35 days from deposit receipt, depending on quantity and colour count. Peak season adds to this, so book early if you are targeting a seasonal window such as Ramadan.
Logistics and documents
οΌWho handles customs and compliance documents?
We do β it is our own export team, not an outsourced forwarder. That covers the commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and conformity documents where your market requires them.
οΌWhat trade terms do you work on?
FOB, CFR, CIF and EXW. FOB is the most common for buyers who already have a forwarder; CIF is often requested for first shipments. We will quote whichever you ask for and explain what each includes.
οΌWhat payment terms do you accept?
For a first order, 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy. We will consider alternatives as a relationship builds, but we do not ship a first container on open account.
Quality and consistency
οΌHow do you check quality before shipping?
Three points: fabric inspection on receipt, in-line inspection during sewing, and a final random inspection before packing. The middle one is the one most suppliers skip, and it is the one that catches problems cheapest.
οΌCan you match a specific colour?
Yes. Send us a physical swatch, or a Pantone reference, and we will dye to it. Bear in mind that screen colours shift β a physical swatch is the only reliable reference for a production run.
οΌWhat happens if something is wrong with the goods?
Tell us with photographs as soon as you inspect. We will agree the cause and the remedy before goods are moved, whether that is a credit, a remake or a deduction on the next order. We would rather settle one shipment properly than lose the relationship.
Send us one item. We will quote it in 24 hours.
Tell us the product, the quantity and the port. You get a costed answer with lead time, packing and shipping options β no obligation.
